The New Co-Owner and Strategic Vision of VISIA, Part of the SAGA Development Holding: “To Cover All Development Projects in Ukraine and Enter the Global Market”
The construction of real estate projects begins with a thoroughly developed concept and design. To achieve this, a developer must find a general design contractor, calculate construction costs, determine the sales price per square meter, and more. In Ukraine, one of the companies delivering such solutions for developers is VISIA, which is part of the SAGA Development holding.
The holding has been involved in design and project development for more than 11 years, but the services VISIA provides today were implemented and transformed by the project’s co-owner, Victoria Sorel. In 2021, she joined the teams at SAGA Development and VISIA, and during this time she created an ecosystem within the company that enables developers to calculate the financial model of an entire project and receive consulting support from the very early stages — including land acquisition and urban concept development.
Victoria’s ambition is clear: to make VISIA the leading general development partner for projects across Ukraine and to bring the company to the global market.
